Trademark Usage Terms¶

StratoScript is a trademark and Nightshade is a registered trademark of Digitalis Education Solutions, Inc. (Digitalis) in the United States and other countries.

You may not use the StratoScript trademark with any software other than Nightshade without written permission from Digitalis. You have permission to use the StratoScript trademark in relation to scripts designed to be run by the StratoScript language interpreter in Nightshade.

You may not use the Nightshade trademark (except for license and origin credits) with a Covered Work that you convey for financial gain. See the Nightshade Public License for details.
